We cater to families, couples, backpackers, and long-term holidaymakers with pricing that reflects the season—low, mid, or high—giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for your budget and schedule. Accommodation Options & Rates

​Pacific Palms Caravan Park offers a variety of accommodation options with rates based on the season and length of stay. The fee schedule is valid from October 1, 2024, to March 30, 2025, and rates are for two people. A 10% discount applies to bookings of seven days or more. ​

Sites – Caravan & Camping:

• Low Season: $39.00 per day, $245.00 per week​
  
• Mid Season: $45.00 per day, $283.00 per week​
  
• High Season: $59.00 per day, $371.00 per week​

Standard Cabins:

• Low Season: $83.00 per day, $522.00 per week​
  
• Mid Season: $96.00 per day, $604.00 per week​
  
• High Season: $125.00 per day, $787.00 per week​

Ensuite Cabins:

• Low Season: $111.00 per day, $699.00 per week​
  
• Mid Season: $128.00 per day, $806.00 per week​
  
• High Season: $167.00 per day, $1,052.00 per week​

Ultra Ensuite Cabins:

• Low Season: $137.00 per day, $863.00 per week​
  
• Mid Season: $158.00 per day, $995.00 per week​
  
• High Season: $206.00 per day, $1,297.00 per week​

Additional Guest Rates

Each Additional Adult:

• Low Season: $18.00 per day, $113.00 per week​
  
• Mid Season: $21.00 per day, $132.00 per week​
  
• High Season: $27.00 per day, $170.00 per week​

Each Additional Child (3 to 16 years):

• Low Season: $16.00 per day, $100.00 per week​
  
• Mid Season: $18.00 per day, $113.00 per week
  
• High Season: $23.00 per day, $145.00 per week​

Season Definitions:

• High Season: Summer school holidays, Easter, and Labour Day weekends​
  
• Mid Season: Autumn and Spring school holidays​
  
• Low Season: School terms and Winter school holidays​

Booking & Payment Policies

• A deposit of 25% of the total booking cost (minimum of one night's cost) is required by August 31 for summer high season & one month in advance for all other bookings.
  
• The balance is due upon arrival; EFTPOS is available.
  
• Minimum booking periods apply to most weekends
  
• Specific cabins or sites cannot be guaranteed
  
• Check-in: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM; Check-out: 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM (variations may be arranged in advance)
  
• Maximum stay is 28 days
• No domestic animals are permitted in the park
  

Refund Policy:

• Full refunds are provided with at least one month's notice
  
• Cancellations made between one month & seven days prior may receive refunds if the accommodation is re-let.
  
• No refunds are given for cancellations within seven days of the booking
  
• All refunds incur a $5 processing fee
