What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. If you need alternative times, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
Do I need to bring my own linen?
Linen is provided for main beds in Ultra and Ensuite Cabins. For Standard Cabins and bunk beds, guests can either bring their own or hire linen from reception at the time of booking or check-in.
Are pets allowed in the park?
Yes, we offer pet-friendly accommodation on select sites and cabins. Please let us know during booking if you’re bringing a pet, as availability is limited and conditions apply. Note: pets are not permitted due to local wildlife restrictions in some areas of the park.
